UK training provider guide

What result do you need from AI training: adoption, certification or an apprenticeship?

AI training suppliers are not interchangeable. Some teach everyday workplace practice, others provide professional learning libraries, technical vendor exams or apprenticeship programmes. The correct provider depends on the evidence and capability your organisation wants to retain.

How does practical adoption differ from a qualification?

Adoption programmes focus on changed working practices and safe usage, usually with examples from the learner's job. Formal certification and apprenticeships have different assessment, eligibility and funding requirements. A completion badge is not equivalent to a regulated qualification or an apprenticeship.

Which outcomes are worth measuring after training?

Consider task quality, employee confidence, the number of approved workflows in use, review-gate compliance and appropriate usage after 30, 60 and 90 days. For accredited or vendor-specific pathways, confirm the awarding body and independent assessment criteria before purchasing.
